Install and use AWS command-line tool

Install AWS cli

curl "https://awscli.amazonaws.com/awscli-exe-linux-x86_64.zip" -o "awscliv2.zip"
unzip awscliv2.zip
sudo ./aws/install

We can also use the cmctl tool to diagnose any problem. Follow the instructions at https://cert-manager.io/docs/reference/cmctl/ to install on your system.
